STABILIZE & IMPROVE PUTNAM LIBRARY
Station Projects
This project involves the renovation of the existing building to use a place for displays of historic items. Scope of work includes construction of offices, administrative space, replacement of critical infrastructure items, repair of structural deficiencies, and update to systems deemed necessary for the building areas to become active and functional. The Department of Veterans Affairs would like to perform exterior maintenance needed to keep the building in good repair, address existing structural concerns, provide new energy efficient windows and replace the existing skylights, provide elevator access to each floor, update existing electrical and plumbing systems as needed, and install new HVAC systems. The total renovation of all floors, including the basement, is approximately 16,800 SF.
