INSTALL DENTAL CLINIC
Station Projects
RDC/JPA provided AE services for the Bay Pines VAMC Dental Clinic, a $9 million standalone structure that meets the VA’s Physical Security Design Manual’s mission critical standards. The clinic follows the PACT model, with treatment rooms on both sides of the central office, along with dental lab space. This design helps improve patient flow, efficiency and the overall patient experience. Following the demolotion of the existing space and the location of the site, the design of the new building involved utility coordination and had to be raised above the surrounding grade. This site included an emphasis on historic preservation and
allows for a future phase to the project, which will likely include clinical laboratory space.
